6 reasons to go to WT game Saturday

Why go to the West Texas A&M-Northeastern State game?
DVR.
Yeah, the Texas Tech-Texas game can be recorded. But there are other reasons:
1. Watch QB Keith Null and WR Charly Martin continue their pursuits of school and conference records.
2. See if WT can post back-to-back shutouts. The Buffaloes haven't done something like that since opening the 1955 season with three straight shutouts.
3. Nice weather. It's supposed to be clear and 78 degrees.
4. Buffs will come to play because there is no quarter to waste in preparation of Tarleton State.
5. Only 3,000 (it looked a lot less) watched Angelo State play last weekend. The small and quiet crowd did nothing to help the Rams on the field.
6. Finally, don't take the Buffs fore granted. It was only four seasons ago WT was mired in yet another losing year. The Buffs are ranked No. 10 nationally and 8-1; most Division II teams would trade for that success.
